Abstract

This article examines the implementation of innovative methodologies in Physical Education, highlighting Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) as an effective strategy for enhancing student motivation and learning. It explores its theoretical foundations, benefits, and practical applications across different educational stages. The article also emphasises the role of the teacher as a facilitator of learning and the importance of continuous professional development to optimise the use of these methodologies in the classroom.
