The materials from this article are based on a teaching approach developed through different activities to be contextualised in the classroom. These proposals can be freely implemented in different teaching contexts, so that students may benefit of the chance to deal with a bunch of topics that, unfortunately, are not systematically addressed in the classroom on a daily basis. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a code of conduct for coexistence in peace (Peace education) that should be studied at school, since it advocate for the human dignity through concepts like freedom, justice, equality (equality education), education, work, respect and dignity. Since we are in search of more just societies, we must learn about equality by teaching positive attitudes and avoiding stereotyped prejudices. Education should be committed to promote causes that make us become both supportive and altruist. Lastly, we live unaware of death, because we are just not taught about it at school. Therefore we should give ourselves the chance to get ready for this moment of the life process.
