University students, between interculturality and caring for the environment Representations and behavior (CES Don Bosco Students, Course 2020)

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present the results of a research project carried out in the year 2020/2021 about the knowledge, attitudes, values and behaviours regarding the environmental sustainability and interculturality in a group of students from Ces Don Bosco (Madrid), together with students from other european university institutions that take part of the Euro IUS network (IUSVE, IUSTO, JABOC, UPS, EUSS). However, the results displayed here focus on the Ces students. The questionnaire was implemented through an online platform with restricted access, so that participants had to use a password. the results measure the factors analysed, thus highlighting the participants’ knowledge, behaviours and prospects both on their own and in contrast with those from the rest of the institutions involved in the project. Finally, it is established a relationship between results and education for ecological citizenship.
