La formación del profesorado en educación intercultural
Abstract
It necessary to change the mentality of a great deal of teachers who regard their immigrant student as though they were a problem or an added difficulty to their day's why they do not keep great expectations upon them. Teachers are supposed to surpass assimilation and compensation models and assume intercultural educational ones. This article defends the need of teachers' training courses and the different models of multicultural and intercultural education; it also wonders about the possible models and contents for both the multicultural and intercultural teachers' training courses.
