La educación social y la escuela
Abstract
The starting point of this article is the violence present at school, which seems to claim for a new analysis of the role of Social Education and its professionals. Therefore the author requires both a new conception and a new situation of schools according to the global principle of "educational over people's life" as a condition for the harmonious development of any fellow within the community he lives in. That is why schools are a perfect means for the integration of certain collectives, such as immigrants and conflictive children and youngsters. However this proposal need to be interested not only in transmitting knowledge, but also social values focused on an open and global conviviality within this new society of communication and information.
