Biblioteca escolar y hábito lector
Abstract
The relation between problems that concern Reading and failure at school is evident. Because of that, it is more and more necessary to design an accurate reading project in which different kinds of reading are planned and assessed. The teaching of reading is only possible if there exists an excellent school library that needs to be the heart of the institution, the center around which the curriculum is developed, the engine of change and improvement in the education system, and later, of that, of the social framework in all of its aspects: cultural, ethical, and aesthetic.
