Carrying out a project is not easy mostly because it is of vital importance for us to know and identify the ideological basis that makes it unique. in this way, we make the best of our job to disseminate it. our extensive work implies to manage the colla - boration from different educational groups by setting, coordinating and assessing actions, implications and commitments of the project's agents within a specific period of time. throughout this process we must face numerous challenges. however, our motivation is to ensure a quality training experience to our first-year students through a service to the community. the aim is to instil in the students a social commitment that eventually allows us to build a university community committed with the improvement of the educational institution, with their performance as future teachers and with the improvement of society as well as their personal curriculum vitae.
