Conceptual Ambivalence of Education Law

Due to its emergence within academic forums, the conceptualization of Education Law still presents terminological ambivalences that hinder its technical understanding. Sometimes the terms Education Law and Right to Education are used interchangeably, although they refer to two different legal aspects. This article aims to address the basic differences between both grounded on the assumptions of regulations, jurisprudence and legal doctrine.
