Abstract

The main feature of today's society is its radical and continuous transformation which in specially favorited by the new information and communication techniques, the scientific development and the globalization of economy. In the future society of knowledge, people's valoration and their social situation will mainly depend on their knowledges. Therefore we first identify the features of the labor word in this changing society and then show the main tendencies of training policy in the European Union.
