Keywords:

This study aims to promote and strengthen the autonomy and personal and professional development of students enrolled in the Social Education degree through the implementation of an emancipatory and forward-looking curriculum. In response to the challenges currently facing higher education, employability is approached as an intervention model that extends beyond initial access to employment, encompassing the capacity to sustain and adapt professional trajectories over time. Alongside this conceptual framework, the study presents a programme of innovative training activities grounded in collaborative, dialogic and intergenerational learning, involving students, early-career professionals, experts, and academic tutors. The proposal highlights the need to rethink employability as a formative process closely linked to identity construction and professional agency.
